✓ 7 Days Return Policy

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return window starts from the delivery date mentioned in your order tracking.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

What Can Be Returned

Non-Returnable Items

⚠️ The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Innerwear, undergarments, and intimate apparel (unless defective or wrong item delivered)
  • Products with removed or damaged tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered products
  • Items on final sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Refund Policy

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, etc.).

  • Partial Refunds: If your return is due to size/fit issues (not defective), return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges: We offer direct exchanges for size or color variations based on stock availability.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on innerwear unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item.

  • All returns are subject to quality check. If the product doesn't meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return.
